Mouse embryos with nanodevice

Supplementary Movie 8. Brightfield movie of 'scary spider' mouse embryo containing 25 nm 'H-comb' nanodevice. Brightfield movie of an embryo following injection of a wild-type metaphase II oocyte with a 22.0 x 10.5 x 0.025 mm 'H-comb' nanodevice plus a sperm, showing nanodevice behavior (and FEM simulation) at the division phase (DIV) of the resulting embryo.
